If any participant has a grievance regarding the administration or instruction of any course conducted, wishes to appeal against examination results, or has a complaint about any aspect of the company operations, they should immediately inform the Operation Manager in writing using form GCT-QF-18.
If the participant is dissatisfied with the outcome, they may submit a written appeal to the Operation Manager for further investigation. Complaints or appeals can be submitted via the Customer Complaint Report (GCT-QF-18), through the THEQAED website, or by email at info@theqaed.com. All complaints will be reviewed as part of management review inputs.
If the participant remains dissatisfied, they may refer the matter to the Secretariat of Exemplar Global for auditing courses. The complainant or appellant also has the right to appeal directly to Exemplar Global.
THEQAED will notify each complainant or appellant in writing regarding the result of any complaint or appeal submitted, and inform them of their right to further appeal to Exemplar Global.
The company Non Conformance Reporting and Corrective Action procedures will be used to facilitate investigations.
Records of all complaints and appeals will be retained in the relevant course file.
THEQAED shall maintain records of all complaints and appeals, including details of their resolution.
THEQAED will conduct a satisfaction survey of candidates at the end of each training course, recorded on the Course Evaluation Form (GCT-QF-10).
