The QAED is committed to maintaining a high-quality, professional, impartial, and cost-effective service that meets all relevant standards, specifications, and other applicable requirements as required by accreditation bodies.

The QAED actively manages actual and potential conflicts of interest to ensure the independence and impartiality of everyone involved in its certification services.

Any actual or potential conflict of interest shall be communicated to clients in a timely manner and shall not affect any verification or certification activities.
